Suggestion(s): Add a US Army SpikeStrip
Why would it be useful: First of all i'm not an Army member but i like US Army faction so i'm suggesting a SpikeStrip for the Army to blow up all the suspect's vehicle's tires, for example if they are driving a Sultan Vehicle, the army member can out the SpikeStrip using /Ss and he can easily blow up every single tire of their vehicle and after that the vehicle surely won't be able to move as well.
Additional comments: I see no reason for it to be denied as far as it will make the Army member joyful by using it and in real life the SpikeStrip related to the US Army.

+1 --> A rank requirement with this would be cool, same as SWAT's /rb. The spikes does not make us OP in any way, this could help us blocking roads when having roleplaying events or situation. Also rules will keep it balanced.

Addition to the suggestion:
Rank requirement: Sergeant or Staff Sergeant
Rules (can be edited, this is an example): You can use the spikes on Orange/red/dark red.
You cannot abuse them, like placing them at Pay N Spray or Grotti car shop as it may affect innocents and create trouble.
Only use them for what they are.

1st.. The SWAT team has /Roadblock, therefore of course they don't need for /SpikeStrip.
2nd.. In real life, the SpikeStrip is for the US Armies and it is related to them.

This is gret idea! i think they need to add this beacuse its like the real life with spike.
if someone run from the army so they can put the spike. +1
