Okay so, I'm working on a mod to replace th /pointup animation and got the files, but once I get it into my anim.img and rebuild it (it works in the animation preview: http://i.imgur.com/zPSbcvP.png) it does not work (still shows old anim)?
I know exactly which animation is used for /pointup, requested it from CXdur for this so I'm not replacing the wrong animation.

Any help?

EDIT: just to make it clear, the animation is correctly shown in my animation editing program over the anim.img, but IG it still performs the old animation.
