Whats up with these people?

I really dont get the people who strive for the admin position.
I see people like Kissane making threads to "help" etc. You see Imax etc who tries to help by writing the biggest load of shit going...
You must get stressed, tired, annoyed and time is wasted helping people that you dont know and people want that?
Credit where it's due, admins do a very good job.
People who make these topics hoping for it to be stickied:
Have you ever seen a player who is turned into an admin making "helpful topics"
?
Someone please tell me why people want it that bad?
Am I the only guy who would turn the position down if offered?
