Suggestion headline: Add lottery to the server

Why should it be accepted: Players should be able to choose a lottery number for themselves with some command like /lotto (number) between 1-100 or something. and the lucky one wins 500k or something like that once a week? maybe end of the week (Sunday) or maybe everyday there is a lucky winner (Or no winner , depends on the number)? up to you guys. This should make the game more fun.

It is rpish since this does exist but it's all about how it's set up is what will make or break it. I like it so I'm going with +1 but there should be more prizes then just 500k since you'd want people to play it. Also you should be able to gamble with dp for more better odds and win some dp related prizes ether way, but that's just what I feel would be good.
