Where does the bug appear: (server)
When did the bug appear: i just found it out today.
Describe the bug: When you give your car's keys to someone and you sit as a passenger then if u typed /plate (text) you will car jack the driver and u will move from the passenger's chair to the driver's chair also u will be able to drive the car.

This bug is caused by the feature itself so inturn you'll be able to do this, it's not so much as a bug but judging by the way you described it it can be abused, so if it does become a problem they can probably inaugurate some kind of system where it'll dissallow the owner of the vehicle to utilize the feature while he isn't the driver. But it doesn't seem to be a major thing so for right now it isn't imperative to be fixed as of right now.
