This guy is clearly rulebreaking, dosen't even have a week in this group and he started rulebreaking this soon. I told him that's not allowed but he wasn't listening to me. I hope you will take actions.

In first i didn't vote in any applications before application get testet . after that a lot of members useing all skins ( mechanic - and other skins ) and u reported me only ! as will this report is unfair because all players useing wrong skins .

Then why don't you report them? any rank can use mechanic skin, and helping a rule break is also not tolerated here.
