Letter Body: Hello,

It's me, Mike Banning. I've come back at Los Santos after a very long time as you may notice. I had some issues to deal with at Las Venturas, for which I can't mention here, but I can tell you everytime needed face to face. I used to be a former Caporegime of the Family. I didn't want it to look like I'm unloyal to everyone here, but the point is, I had to go away from Los Santos without anyone knowing that I'm missing. Now I'm back at the town. I've heard that my Family had some problems during the time I was missing and I'm ready to offer my service to it once again, of course if you are cool with that. I missed Pagati so much but unfortunately I didn't have the chance to notify neither one around there. About my skills, I didn't get rusty. I'm back now stronger than ever and ready to give up my life for the sake of my family. I'll try to do my best, offering the services and staying loyal to Pagati. I belive that I'm capable of handing this much responsibilities and I won't let you down this time.

*Mike Banning walks out of the office, gets dressed-up, closes the door and walks to the car
*Mike Banning drives to the nearest Post Office and delivers the envelope
*The letter is now out for delivery

*Robin Smit drives towards the main gate early in the morning, stops his bike and gets off it*
*Robin Smit searches take his key chain out of his pocket and searches for the Mailbox key*
*Robin Smit opens the Mailbox as he finds new mail*
*Robin Smit grabs the new mail, gets back onto his bike and parks behind the headquarters*
*Robin Smit goes upstairs, greets a bypassing Soldier and sits down on the couch*
*Robin Smit searches the mail and opens the Application of Interest he noticed*
*Robin Smit finishes reading and starts to type out a reply letter*

*Robin Smit seals the envelope as he stands up and walks out of the Office*
*Robin Smit notices a Soldier in the hallway, asks if he can get the letter posted*
"No problem, will be done" the Soldier replied.
*Robin Smit thanks the Soldier, walks to the bar and makes himself a cop of tea*

"Can you get this posted please, oh and ask if anybody can bring me a cup of tea" Robin Smit said whilst smiling to the Soldier
"On it sir" the Soldier replied

You won't need to make a new application.

The system applies for the new applicants.

The old system will be used for the time being until these applications have been cleared.
