Why should it be accepted: For players/suspects that do not have any money on them & that are not capable of transporting theirselves at a nearby Atm & would like to avoid being engaged by the Leos that are waiting for him in every corner for the simple mistake of not having any cash on him, or for someone with no vehicles. I clearly know there's a atm at Jefferson but it's a long walk just to withdraw some amount money. Anyhow, this would save time and would be efficient for the buyers.

Yes, there must be an atm in blackmarket as i usually forget to keep more money in my pocket. So ,as soon as i go to buy expensive items from blackmarket, i have to go to jefferson again to withdraw amount and we usually have a danger of getting robbed while withdrawing.
