Reason: Using SWAT bomb against hitmen
Proof: Proof PM'd to CXdur as it contains Administrator information.
Other: Was asked to log this as a formal report so there's history of the report, instead of just sending evidence over.

I'm going to start from the beginning, Oggy was wanted so i had asked him to surrender using /su, then Skillzz placed hit on me as he was with Oggy so when i bombed Oggy you also got damaged with Him That's all!
And now you're getting benefit of your admin power to report a SWAT member, what if you were not an admin? How would you be able to report?
Anyway if you really cares about SWAT and its rules, i can get you reported but I'm afraid you lose that admin position which you're enjoying by.

Incorrect, I'll screenshot exactly what happened here:

Oggy and yourself were fighting outside of Sunday's base as he'd just killed one of the cops that you'd been teaming with for a hit contract.
I then hit you once you tazed Oggy so I could assist in the matter and so could the other Pagati members online.
You then went inside a house owned by Jack_Sunday - this one here:


You then followed [Lsrcr]Oggy and myself as we were trying to retreat, using the swat bomb on us after /su'ing [Lsrcr]Oggy.

Also your statement about caring about SWAT rules is the same as my whole role as an Administrator, I care about all of the rules no matter if they are faction related or not players must abide by them or they will be punished or removed from the game. I suggest that you don't make such slanderous statements towards other players as this is just showing yourself in a bad light.

It is clear that you are lying in your reply. According to the logs, you /sued Oggy 50 seconds after the hit was placed. You also only waited 6-7 seconds after you actually placed the bomb and detonated it. It is clear that the bomb was close to Skillzz upon detonation because his health would not have been lowered so much if not.

A warning will be added to Sofo's name for incorrect use of the bomb. I also want to give you a verbal warning Sofo, if you hadn't had a warning already, another one would have been added for lying in the report. This would result in a removal, and therefore I have decided to give you a final chance. Never lie to staff members or SWAT staff, especially not in situations such as these.
