Reason: Hello Blackouts members/leaders, I'm applying again to join Blackouts and be part of it. It's my 3rd application and I hope i will be accepted. I'm applying again after I've improved my driving skills and shooting skills. I want to join to be able to join Blackouts cophunts/riots and help them. The Blackouts HQ is now awesome after the update, It got more objectives. Also, I will be able to use the vehicles, weapon rack and drug depot. I'm ready to serve the Blackouts with my best and represent it. I will do my best and obey orders. Thank you for reading my application.
