Some things on my mind

Here's a summary for all of those that don't want to read:
I'll try to address all of what I see as problems, hopefully this topic can remain open and discussion can arise from this instead of the typical "hurt my feelings, locking topic" nonsense.
Problem #1: Denying Benefits of Donating
Yes, donating is king nowadays. The fact that I was able to play for as long as I did shows that I was given more chances than I should've been given. There's numerous examples that I touched upon on the other topic, as well as new ones. Robin, Ackman, Nightmare, Zeo (who should've been banned sooner than he was and skip out on the whole "prove that he is your brother" conspiracy) and others. Donators do get privileges, and it is meant to be that way else no one would donate. Say what you wish, but a "fair/equal" server will always be self subsistent; in simple terms, a server like that wouldn't need of donations to keep it alive.
The reality is different, lsrcr needs donations. That is cool and everyone understands that. What pisses me, and I think other people, off is that there is not a straight forward approach between communication of the two sides. What do I mean by this? Simple, people actually in charge (and ill get to this below) should not even post something, but at least admit that donators do get more chances than others.
I mean I was only unbanned after +100 evasions cause I had donated in the past and I was thought to donate in the future (which was a right choice since I donated $80 more). Anyways, that's the end of that. It's not the method that you chose for the server to keep alive, is for you to be transparent about it.
Problem #2: Pay 2 $taff
Yes, this one is linked to #1 but it deserves its own section. I mean really, already taking us for stupid by denying the benefits of donating while there's a "1 day wonder" administrator that got tag and staff rights in a tiny amount of time. Then, after some controversy, he decides to have a name change. Like do you see us as stupid as not to be able to realize that you are just trying to evade the whole awkwardness of the situation by a name change?
However, people say that he has been active and has done well, which is obviously not a problem. The problem again is TRANSPARENCY, instead of having numerous topics beat around the bush have one topic that basically stated the following: "Yes, CarlosJ got tag and admin in a short amount of time. He's donated a lot and helped the server alive, and he looks somewhat mature so we'll give him a shot." There was a topic like that from Energ way after the outrage was sparked, but that shows how you could've just done that prior to promoting him to avoid people getting upset. We are not as stupid as you may want us to be, it was really obvious that it was a money thing, else any of the other moderators would've been promoted as well.
Problem #3: Chain of Command
This is a personal one and I just feel bad for the lower ranks of the staff team. You are 24/7 playing, getting crappy recordings of cheaters and whatnot without even being able to actually ban them or whatever. You are moderators, and pretty much useless besides events.
Then come administrators. Administrators use moderators in the way that they handle shit that they do not want to handle. They can ban players and whatnot and they discuss things between themselves but can mostly act according to what they believe in. These players come on eventually, and most of the time it is to show themselves as active rather than anything else.
Then come the higher ups. They essentially use all of us in the way that they don't even play the game anymore. Shit needs to be taken care of? I'll have one of my samp peasants to take care of it. It is all a side effect of having differences in ranks among the staff.

There's a chance that I will be banned from the forums as well for saying this, but I feel others who have similar opinions may not say them in order to lose any benefits. Since I don't play anymore (was banned without even being let known lol but that was actually a favor for both parties) I have nothing to lose by posting this.
-> Do not take the players for stupid, we can see what you do and why you do it
-> Donating is cool, and we understand that it is necessary. Don't deny the benefits donators get.
-> (To staff) there's always someone above you that is using you to do shit he doesn't want to do, so at least try to keep the "macho" act to those that actually use you instead of those that "like" (asslick) you.
I'll try to address all of what I see as problems, hopefully this topic can remain open and discussion can arise from this instead of the typical "hurt my feelings, locking topic" nonsense.
