Reason: Hello, i noticed in the past month that some Members are voting Positive to applicants Just because they are friends and not counting the skills and the activity. The applicant that you voting Positive since he got bad test results in-active in cop skin but got a good attitude will be your team mate and he will not be ready for being a good swat member, so please While voting in a application don't vote positive cuz it's your friend but you gotta see if he have a good attitude, skilled (while teaming with him) and active in Leo skin.

I rather a lack of SWAT votes or un-proffisional vote.

Give Captain and Head Warrant Officer permission to accept or deny applicants.

Hashish and Wajeeh are active, and can properly judge applicants at this time of commanders low activity.

They can make a rational decision with proper information of the applicant better than commanders.

This is your best option, or change the commanders, as I suggested before, but we all know that isn't absolutelly needed, or wise, but if you can give this executive permission to more active High Command members, I suppose things woud get a bit better.

even SGT can give vote positive to applicant if he is his good friend or whatever

anyway, I agree with Nikola because captain and hwo rank are useless while commanders (that are supposed to be active and do their job actively) are inactive.

I say the entire voting system of every faction/group is shit. There will always be bunch of people giving lame reasons like unknown attitude and a 3.75 overall result and bad test and much more. You can see those votes right now in some applications (trust me, if you don't find them I can show you). You can't stop everyone them (can kick them ofcourse but if we kick people like those we will only have 20-25 people in the team). But who knows that if this suggestion gets accepted or what Nikola said gets implemented, the team might get a slight boost. Neutral on this one.
