Why should it be accepted: Hello,i got today a good idea for kidnap evading and /q abusers,i ll explain to you it's so simple:
If a player leaves the server and he is wanted he re-join the server with same wanted lvl,and he ll not be able to spawn: cop,swat,army,medic
And also for kidnappers evaders who /q ,they re-join kidnapped and they must ransom the kidnapper,and they can be released only if the kidnapper left the server.You ll not say -1 cz they dont have money because they ll canove when they re-join the server and they can go bank and withdraw money and get released.This is the best idea to make end for /q abusing.l hope u like it and it will get accepted,thank u for reading.

So i'd rather if he /Q'd or re-logged, then he should be automatically teleport'd into our vehicle as a passenger as he was.

I don't think this is possible, correct me if I'm wrong.

The first suggestion is possible to be scripted/implemented, not sure about the second one.

Re-joining with wanted lvl is possible i saw it on many cnr servers,and the kidnapping idea is it possible?

First suggestion is awesome specially for /q abuse and second one is possible too but instead of 2nd one the first one is better they can't spawn till they ransom their self so big positive for this suggestion i hope it can be implemented in the server.

Someone leaves as wanted, and when they re join, cops will know that he will be wanted, so they camp on him. Its good as the way it is.
About the kidpaing one, it will get bugged. If they join back, they can move, play and stuff, but they cannot use the commands. This wont make them ransom at all, and its not realistic
