Suggestion headline: A tagged member cannot vote more than once on a tag application. It's quite easy to make and can avoid confusion on the positive/negative numbers.

So, you're saying that you vote negative for him, than positive? That's messed up, one player can give 1 vote only. You have to be sure before you case your vote.

I'm going positive with this as many are voting twice or thrice in the same application without checking the previous votes.

Changing your vote shouldn't be allowed, not professional at all. Think twice before you vote. +1 for the main suggestion, replying should be allowed, but you can only vote once as main post in an application.

Votes are nothing thought.. But they should improve to avoid spamming... Like if i'm lag..

Mistakes happen. People don't lose tag for mistakes, so they can prevent this mistake from happening.

+1 Sometimes when I used to vote on tag applications, it used to double post
