Password Typing Textbox doesn't show up

Where does the bug appear: Server.
When did the bug appear: Today and many other times before.
Describe the bug: after connecting to the server it should show me the screen where i should type my password to login, it did not appear and after 30 seconds it still kicks me from the server, it happened a lot before, it is annoying and as you can see it prevents us from playing in Lsrcr.
