Suggestion headline: New way to kidnap.

Why should it be accepted: It's really hard to get 500 kidnap score, All players got 500+ kidnap score their friends helped them, so I suggest that.
Add new item (rope) to 24/7 and kidnapper must buy it to help him kidnap others, The kidnapper will go to a player who is on-foot and use /tie (id), if the victim was tied successfully then the kidnapper will get a car, go closer to the tied victim and use /rkidnap.
If the tied player wasn't kidnapped in 10 seconds he will be auto-released.

Saw this in other server when I was temp banned. -1.It is good as it is.

You cannot repeatedly kidnap the same player - it has 10min cooldown.
