Why should it be accepted:

This has been an issue for some time, and is giving certain player advantage over the others. You can clearly see in the video that I am losing HP because my opponent is shooting at me, and I cannot shoot him back, since there is a wall blocking me.

This has commonly been abused for a while now, usually near any high roof, with fence/wall, player can simply start shooting, and approach to the wall to achieve this bug. High ground gives him advantage since he can shoot downwards, but if you try to shoot up at him, he is protected by the wall

Again look at my video, his head is the only part of him I can hit, while you can see the tip of the gun going through a wall, and constantly hitting me. Follow my HP indicator as well, to see I am in fact losing HP while I am unable to shoot him back.

I've also talked to a few admins, I reported this issue in game, yet they said they don't see any problem with it, so I am officially suggesting this.

My suggestion is either disallow this, make it a rule break, or if anyone has a better idea, feel free to comment.

This really isn't a big deal. This doesn't give an advantage if you
know what you
are doing. Legit when I team up with my friends who play as cops every time we use spicific tactics to ether arrest or kill them. Legit just get a helicopter and go on the opposite rooftop and take them out, or when you jump out of the helicopter make sure you're within close proximity of them to insure you can cuff them. It really isn't that hard to do ether. -1

Yeah I get that, but bug is a bug, and I cannot appreciate it that much since it technically is something which is giving the other player advantage over another. Takin helicopter takes time, and mountain bike just stroll away by the time you get there, I have no problem killing them with sniper on the building where there are no small walls, where they cannot do this. But when there is any sort of fence, they kill us very fast since we can't hit them at all, and they can hit us.

Ah, people still use a bug that I found out in 2012, nice
