Reason: Hello all blackouts members, Here is nobody applying for this group, once again with a hope to get accepted. One day while cop hunting, I was granted blackouts temporal rights and I was having fun while using them. The problem for me was pagati and that's why i couldn't join but now the agreements are changed so I would love to be a member.
Again, The reason which motivates me for joining blackouts is its a group in which many of my friends are here (almost all pakis are my friends). secondly, one more reason to join this group are the vehicles and base it have. I have a strong will to join this group. I hope i get accepted.

1 vs 3!

Before The boss accepts/deny you, you will be tested in-game,Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about blackouts rules and driving/shooting/crime skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied.

You can be tested by one of the following Recruiter:

After you've successfully passed the test, the members will start voting on your application. Once there are enough votes then The boss will wether Accept or Deny you.
