Why should it be accepted: Bring back the old weapons dealer system as it used to be.
When a customer buys a weapon, it's money should be given to the weapons dealer depends on how much it is in the list
The improvement of that: A lot of people nowadays are abusing that system by telling their friends to /request weapons and they easily earn $10 000

Why i'm suggesting that: It'll avoid the that abuse because when the customer requests weapons, he must pay from his own cash. Therefore, the weapons dealer won't get automatically money from the server itself.

Also it is more fun to get the money according to how many weapons do the customer buys.

With this mindset you should also remove /kidnap & /sell drugs, and any other variation of a service command (this relates to the why give people the opportunity to abuse something), you should have a global economy in check (prob charge taxes based on n'th houses you have, as well as vehicles, etc).

There are programs which allow 2 samp open at the same time and this could be a way of giving money without verifying an email. Simply do /request weapons and buy all of them by giving the dealer all of the money.

You can easily set up a temp email and verify the email.

Obviously no, this system has been for ages and it's going to be same forever I believe. Let people earn the money, they go to the customer they waste their vehicle fuel, give them their fuel money and 2 score for selling him safely.

This weapon racks and drug depot system already fucked up my money, let me earn through this shit.
