Taxation on houses

Your name: Eternity
Suggestion headline: taxation on houses
Picture: Keep the picture in this
Spoiler: show
Importance of suggestion: 5/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted: so, i want to see your reviews on the suggestion that came in my mind. The suggestion is that why not impose taxes on number of donated houses a player owns, as many people just purchase the house and become inactive and they come before 90 days to protect their houses from being taken away by other players. Why not imposr tax on the player who owns 7+ donated houses as this will increase the economy of lsrcr and many people will start selling their houses. The taxes might increase if they have special interior. Lets say a person owns 7+ houses and for the 8 or above house, the player will have to give 5m or whatever admins like . And for special interior, they would give 10m each month.

This is a part of realism that will get rather tedious and annoying since it's involving you having to spend just to keep the house, now as to how it will affect the economy is unknown but that all depends on how it will get implemented, even still people who have multiple houses had to donate real cash so I don't see a reason to charge tax on the house ontop of what they already had to pay for the house, it will cause a decrease in the interest of houses, now I know you said people with 7 or more houses but if this was implemented it would have to be for all house owners so that it won't cause problems between house owners. In all honesty it sounds good in theory but when put into action won't really work the why you'd want it to do I'm going with -1

This would greatly affect the economy, players would lose interest playing here due to heavy money spending. Already we have changed the group system and players need to donate and earn money to refill the weapons and drugs rack. If this is getting implemented that would surely affect the server and might lead to a financial crisis. So I'm going Negative on this

That's why i wrote players who have 7+ houses. If they do have this amount of houses, why can't they pay for owning more houses than this limit?
It won't let economy down as they will start selling houses and players will start buying them. The houses business will take place in the server and people will start buying and selling not just keeping them for show off.

A person need roughly around 35-40 $ to get 42 dps which he can use to make 7 houses, so they're already donating 42 $ and now this rules make them pay 5m-10 a month, that is the price of a dp for 2 months (in-game price) and we are forcing them to pay on imposing the rule. Does a guy who was 6 house will lose something ? no right..This will degrade their interest in donating for the house. many players here have more than 7 donated house and finally that would create a financial crisis and that might result in the crash of server. So think of it...If we implement this rule, we might be getting some more donations, but that would really lead to a crash

Poeple earn DPs by 2 ways:
Donating RL money and help the server or getting shit load of IG cash to buy 1DP. So they are already paying high prices, why do you want to charge them even more? This will simply lead into reducing interest in this game and reducing the donations so Lsrcr will get shut down. If you will say because it's roleplaying then keep in mind that no one will play a 100℅ realistic game because it is just too hard. Think tons of times about the disadvantage and benefits of your suggestion before suggesting anything next time.

Will affect badly in the economy of Ls-rcr,at the moment players are having big loss from the weapons rack so it would affect on economy.Sorry Negative.

Try to make some improvements maybe there's any chance.
