Reason: Hello all Blackouts members and leaders. This is Shahan Nasir and today i am applying for the best cophunting group again. So, I am applying again and again for this group because i love it's base. I love it's cars. I love it's cophunting. There members always ready for cophunting. Before The boss accepts/deny you, you will be tested in-game,Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about blackouts rules and driving/shooting/crime skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied.
