-1, Everyone will fight, keep carjacking each other so that they can take NRG or fast cars. Secondly, NRG or fast cars can only be added in groups because leaders of that particular group donate for it. Thirdly, you can buy NRG or fast cars from carshop with in-game money so it's not that hard.

Rofl go to a carshop and buy them yourself. These cop buffing suggestions is not going to help the server, cops being buffed is why there are more innocents and less wanteds to begin with.
