Well I was teaming with Bison, he escaped from dillimore jail and I was about to get wanted too,
Then Diplo came from his house spawn and arrested him, he was damaged, with no armor, and didnt have regular weapons (he just spawned), so after arresting him he cuffed me, went to take weapons, then came back to /uncuff me, he didnt /search or something, just cuff me to prevent me to become wanted and kill him.
I was white, and he have no reason to cuff me for 25 seconds and leave me cuffed.
In the second SS you can see he is going to take weapons and armor while im cuffed.

I'm allowed to cuff an Innocent if he kept Punching me with fists to protect a Criminal.
While i was arresting Bison. You were punching me with fists and Bison was shocking me. You were about to kill me and i couldn't arrest him as well since he was shocking repeatedly. So, i cuffed you to prevent death.

I'am allowed to leave an Innocent cuffed if he kept provoking/ramming/punching or damaging for no reason.

Stop lying in your reports, it is not good in your side
