You may not enter the base when you are wanted. This goes for the exterior as well as for the interior. In other words, you are not allowed to abuse any part of the base when you are wanted. Exception: If you are wanted inside the dueling arena, you are allowed to get armour, weapons and immediately come back inside, but roaming around isn't allowed.na, you are allowed to get armour, weapons and immediately come back inside, but roaming around isn't allowed.

i didnt enter the base with wanted level , im in banner top with sniper after u destroyed my heli in sky :') , why u didnt take me in photo btw ?

But there's rules of that bro ' you can only enter while wanted if your in dueling arena'

Even tho there is a red marker in your screenshot(indicating a criminal), the reported player isn't visible in the screenshot.He might be on the top of the building. I don't find any abuse here, i'll leave this for a while and if you got more things to explain,post it here.
