Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: all time
Describe the bug: all time to try to join the server get server closed when i get in any car i can't palu because this bugged
proof :

If it happens again, check your ID. Then /q and wait some minutes for someone to join the server. After that join and check if you have another Id. This is the best solution. But many argues that /engine and /helmon works, but i don't know to what extend.

still didn't work

It will dude as it i caused by some bugged Ids, you just wanna change that...

If the id itself is bugged sometimes you can circumvent or bypass it by robbing shops or actively doing something in the game, (you cannot get in a car at all until after at least 5 minutes while doing this and it won't work the first time but
The second or third time it might.) It will not always work but when it does you won't get too many issues.

Granted I'm still in trial and error phase but this is what I've found that is somewhat of a temp fix.
