Reason:Hello Blackouts member!.I wanna join this group because the Blackouts group is very Skilled. I Like The base it is in east Los Santos .They have Good equipment, vehicles,weapons,drugs etc .I 've Seen the Cophunting and i like It and i WIll help the group as much as I can . I have read all the rules of blackouts Group.Willing to improve my skills here and do much more with the gang .Thanks for reading my application . Before The boss accepts/deny you, you will be tested in-game,Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about blackouts rules and driving/shooting/crime skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied.
