Why should it be accepted: Since we can rob ammunation to refill weapon stock, there must be a way to refill drug stock too. Players will be able to purchase weed seeds from Black Market and find a location to plant them. It'll take one hour (maybe more) for the weed to grow and it can be harvested by anyone when it fully grows, which is why you need to find a safe location for planting it. If LEOs find the weeds even before it's fully grown, they can use a command to destroy the weeds. I don't think there is a need for any limits because it's very hard to wait for the weed to grow because of the amount of players and the probability for any one of them to find it within the hour would be very high. But if needed, there can be limits like only one member from a group can purchase weeds in a specific time.
