Hey,can this mod be used or it gives any advantage?

If its a weapon skin, you are free to use it. If its a whole new weapon, You can not use it under any circumstances

It is sniper weapon model with replacement.

As long as it's not modifying the way your gun actually shoots - IE aimbot then yes it's fine, by the looks of it it's just a skin
