Reason: He was refilling armor while taking shelter in lspd safezone. He came out and fought a little then went back inside and refilled armor. He also cuffed me so that he could uncuff and damage me.

Yes MineJolle and me was in PAGATI skin and he have a hit 2 times. First time i go to take his hit outside of LSPD he has half hp left he cuffed me and have /inject then he fill his armor and then he uncuff me and killed me.

i think that shahan_nasir didn't tell the truth i see cover.me was play against him without any rule break and cover.me told me that shahan_nasir told him to let him kill cover and he will give him 10K and i have seen that he was in group lounge regular player not in lspd and he killed shahan_nasir there,
in short shahan_nasir is big scammer.

First of all, this report is not related to you in any way so you shouldn't even be replying to this report.
Second: Cover.me told you that shahan_nasir told him? That seems very untrustable since it came 2 sources away.
And third. Scamming someone under 500 score is not allowed. Since the amount of scammed money only was 10k then it's not a "rule-break"

2. You may only scam up to $3,000,000 if you do not have the Lsrcr tag (pay $3,000,001 to not get scammed).
7. You may not scam anyone with under 500 score.

Since it was under 3,000,000 and the player is over 500 score I consider this non-rulebreak.

IF Cover.me or Shahan want's to reply to this report then please only do so if you have evidence for/against what I'm implying.
