and i have two options to press
1.Advanced option
2.turn off
but the problem there that my mouse and my keyboard don't respond in this window,.....during computer startup the mouse and keyboard are working.

This hits (for me) towards a corrupt Windows installation, so a reinstall was indeed the right thing to do without too much hassle.

How did you create the Windows 7 USB, though a program?

Thanks for the specs, not many realize that this might be important in some cases.

Sorry to say, but that's NOT how it works.

If you got a PC with Discord, drop me a PM, otherwise, reply here and I'll write out the instructions.

You should get a Discord lol, it's fun.
  1. Get a Windows 7 ISO file (can PM you one, Windows 7 Ultimate X64)
  2. Get the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool (this is supported by Microsoft, thus save)
  3. Install the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool (lets call it 'W7 Tool' for now)
  4. Open the W7 Tool
  5. Select your .iso file in the W7 Tool
  6. Insert the USB Drive (4 GB or more!) if you have not done so already
  7. Select 'USB Device'
  8. Select your device from the list
  9. Click 'Begin copying', be advised, it completely wipes the USB. If you have data on it, back it up if you want to keep it
  10. Let it do its job, make your mother a cup of tea in the meanwhile
  11. Done, repeat what you did earlier on and boot from the USB device
  12. Install Discord on your phone or another PC so you can contact me in case something goes wrong or something
If you need more help, let me know :)

Don't forget to use GParted to ensure that your partitions are properly in place and can be deleted safely over Skype calls
