Why should we accept this: Rewrite entire forum from scratch in typescript using MEAN stack. Would be amazing. Imaging seeing messages pop up real time.

I like the idea, it’s a nice concept for sure.
However this requires a lot of time, testing and what not to make.

Basically this

We don't have the time for this, we do however use NodeJS for a couple of things. Yes, it would be amazing, but it it's not something that we are able to do.
