Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: Everyday near 12;15 pm GMT +5;30
Describe the bug: Well, nothing to describe, you can't login, the dialog box to enter password won't come, you can't get in side house, cant access /houses, cant spawn at a house and cant tow vehicles.

That might be more then just a bug. You might need to start being observant on who logs in at around the time this bug appears. Not gonna assume but it sounds as if someone is intentionally causing this bug.

There's a newbie that always logs in at this time, everytime with a different account

If you see this and there’s suspicious stuff going on only when this account (or accounts) logs in then you’re going to have to get some kind of evidence and send it to the small portion of admins that are active so they can ether investigate or whatever they do to solve the issue. Make sure you have something that can be connected to the account in question or it most likely be overlooked and ignored. Also I should not have to say this but /do not/ let him/her know you’re keeping tabs on them, they will not do anything in your presence if they know your onto them.

No, no one causes this bug, it happens by itself. Also, when this bug appears in game, the UCP seems to crash too. When I open ls-rcr.com/ucp, it either doesn't open, if it opens, then when I try to login, it shows me this;

Okay so The bug happens at a certain time almost everytime, doesn’t let you log in or functions ingame are limited, then doesn’t load the ucp and if it does it times you out? There’s too much of a pattern here to say it’s not a player doing this because bugs will happen spontaneously not form some type of pattern unless if manipulated to do so by someone. If other people are experiencing this as well then it’ll rule it out as being a client sided issue. The only two possibilities on the table that makes sense is it being a client issue or a low key ddos attempt.

I guess it’s a faulty cronnjob since it happens every day at the same time.

It happens to me too always in the morning (GMT +5:30) . Password Dialogue box doesn't appear , its annoying.
