Suggestion headline: Achievements system

Importance of suggestion: 8/10
Why should it be accepted:
Developers and readers, please take a deep breath for this rather whimsical suggestion. It will be a long read and it is a suggestion that will be able to launch countless other suggestions on top of it, by serving itself as the platform. Instances on how this platform can by used, as a kick start, will be provided to get ideas flowing. Once this system is accepted and is correctly in place (if at all), the possibilities are only going to be limited by your collective imaginations.
Before I begin, I would like to give my compliments to the developers of both the Ls-rcr website and the server for the masterful work done thus far. Speaking as a former SA-MP server owner and a small time programmer, though the forum is a standard phpBB forum, the User Control Panel, Statistics, Shop, Messaging, Tag and all the other custom made systems clearly show that you are skilled in integrating data back and forth from the database to the web-based systems as well as the SA-MP server. I am 90% certain that you are using MySQL for the database which is, if it is of any help, will be how I explain the mechanics of this suggestion, mostly through pseudo-codes and make-believe reality since I obviously do not possess the actual back-end source codes of neither the *.php(s) nor the *.pwn(s).
Note that this suggestion will take a long time to implement. It should be broken down stage by stage and the implementation is directly affected by the skill set and manpower of the development team.
What is achievement?
Gentlemen,
One of the many reasons that I and many others, I'm sure, are still here, can be attributed to 1 word -- Achievements.
It is a gamer's nature to obtain the sense of achievement in any game they play. Achievements provide meaning and aim to a gameplay and until they are achieved, most, if not all the ones who call themselves 'gamers', will stay and try to achieve them. You might be unaware of this but Lsrcr as we know it is already packed with achievements. No way!
Yes way!
Here are some examples of the achievements implemented in the server so far:
Though these are all achievements, most of them (no matter how big or small of achievement it is) currently cannot be viewed in one place. (The /stats command is good, but I think it is time for an upgrade of this, specifically for achievements).
How do we implement this?
As I said before, with some knowledge of the back-end in server management, I will (hopefully) give you the whole picture of this suggestion. This explanation is through pseudo-reality captured in images based on a version of how I imagine it to be. It does not necessarily have to be exactly as I suggested as the team can most probably find better ways in certain aspect should this idea be set into motion.
A picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes. Hopefully these figures are enough for you to understand the mechanism of this suggestion. Please study each figure closely.
Most of the Achievements System engine are of course will be written in pawno (gamemode or filterscript) in new arrays in the script, and some parts can be integrated with already available trackers (such as in-game hours).
The core of the system should have at least:
1. Achievement notification (in-game) (Figure 2)
2. Progress tracker (both web-based and in-game) (Figure 3 & 5)
Conclusion
I have given quite a bit of thoughts into this suggestion and if I weren't clear in any part, I'd be glad to explain it further. And should there be any help needed regarding anything, be it technical or thought, I am here to help.
All in all, this suggestion should make this server more interesting than it already is, and we all know that an interesting server attracts players (old and new) to spend their time here and more players equates to higher possibility of receiving donation, and this will be able to support the sustainability of this community that I love dearly. If this suggestion is accepted, take your time, have further discussions. It's nothing to be rushed about. Do it right and I can promise you, all layers of this community will benefit as a whole.
Thank you for reading,
Honest.
