Why should it be accepted: Well its simple, not gonna put much details. Recently a new feature was added, "Taze Recharge", according to which, cops cannot taze the third time continuously, and while it might sound ideal for the criminals, it isnt actually.
The criminals have no such thing as Shock Recharge and they can shock us 6 times continuously without any stoppage, even 12 times, if they get shocks from BM and there is no stopping them. Taze recharge gives the criminals more advantage than the cops.
They have taze reflector, shocks, cop bat, and other things which make killing the LEOS very easy. So, I say this from every LEO's side out there, we need shock recharge for criminals with the exact same features as taze recharge.

-1 cops is already better in anyway compared to criminals. This would discourage criminals further more.

This will truly balance the tazes and shocks as they're not even balanced.

As JohnCarer said, it depends on your typing speed. Improve your Speed of Command.

There is already a shock recharge. You can always open a new topic and add a poll to it and ask whether or not it should be changed so that it actually is effective (as far as I know it doesn't do much at the moment, not even sure if it prevents spam).
