Why should it be accepted: Okay so basically here is what it is. We can allow the players we want to spawn at out house. By using a command such as /allowspawn (id).
We can allow other players to spawn at our house for that in game session. This is very useful when we are cophunting or hunting criminals. I don't see whats wrong with it. With is players can spawn at our house and we can spawn at theirs.

I do agree with this but allowing players to spawn in your houses isn't really a big deal.
Maybe like a rent system,(I.e pay like 500k and you can spawn in his/her house for 1day IRL time or it can be up to the players decision.)
This suggestion is pretty cool so,why not?
Maybe this can only be implemented in donated houses.

Renting means another person temporarily takes control of the house, I like that.

Unlike this suggestion, renting means that only 1 person can have the house in use instead of 2 or more.
