Why should it be accepted: Hi guys.
So,recently Playa came up with an idea,i.e,allowing players to spawn in others houses.For more info, viewtopic.php?f=622&t=90820 .
A rent system,(I.e pay like 500k and you can spawn in his/her house for 1day IRL time or it can be up to the players decision.)
Renting houses is also realistic.
So, why not?
I don't see any conflicts.

Basically you temporarily transfer ownership with the limitation of selling, renting (again) or changing the interior.

To ensure it doesn't go out of hand, make it for donated houses only.

Everyone forgot about it.
So,I didn't know about it and it isn't implemented yet.

I suggested it before and it got accepted already. Awaiting for the implementing though!
