Reason: 1. Tazing a suspect while S.W.A.T. teammate is dueling. Rule #22
2. Using /swatreset without any single warning, at a cost, Hitman dragged a suspect into a car and just few seconds later, [Lsrcr]Elmasry is using /swatreset.
Proof: First report:

Other: This isn't the first time that [Lsrcr]Elmasry is breaking the rules. I personally reported him few times to Commander [Lsrcr]Hashish but seems like [Lsrcr]Elmasry clearly doesn't care about it. [Lsrcr]Hitman could have been reported and warned for dragging so far just because of [Lsrcr]Elmasry and I also believe that [Lsrcr]Elmasry could have asked atleast once can he do /swatreset. I believe he is very inattentive.

That /swatreset wasnt a problem for me,he apologised and no need for a report for it bcz maybe he forgot or some thing as some guys were cop hunting in lsa and he needed vehicule,the dragged guy was okay with it and i told him sorry for what happend he said no problem and for me i can understand his situation because we are all humans and we can do some mistakes without controlling our selves.He apologised and that's enought for me,i prefer solve problems without reporting,this makes the other do the same and guide others, as for the first report of dueling i dont know any thing about it.

As I have stated, I believe he is very inattentive. That still is not the reason for him to do the /swatreset without any warning or notification. This could repeat to someone else, tomorow, week later, he needs to start focusing.

First report : I saw you running behind the criminals and I was coming from a distance so I caught him so I did not think you were playing a duel with him. So I do not think that's a big thing to report about. You could have told me about it and I'd have left it to you or anything but you never talked about it and If this made you annoyed I apologize to you for this.



Second report: As the hitman told you. But I want to add something.hitman was a more lag so he left and came back a second time. So I thought he was not back yet. because he don't say anything when back and when I saw you at the base I did a reset without asking you because see you in front of me. I do not need asking and you were in front of me. i didn't it on purpose and we was going to lsa every time because it was there a cop hunt and we took a lot of cars there and i thought they are fighting or the car is empty. I didn't it in purpose,sorry.

1. No, this isn't the only thing that annoy me. I reported you couple of times, privately to avoid these kind of situations, I thought that talk with Commander would help you but it didn't. You know very well when ever I said that I had in plans to report you, you kept saying "i don't care "go report" and you're not saying this to me only.

2. You know very well how your "not paying attention" irritates me. More than ten times you left me around Los Santos, more than ten times you "didn't saw" me in S.W.A.T. base and you just take car and go. you know this is true. I don't know when will you learn to start focusing. This happends everyday on regular basis ever since I joined the team. More than ten times I have heard word "sorry" and everytime you repeat it.

I had in plans to do this report privately, to send it to Commander Hashish but I can't let this one go. I done two reports privately, two times I get it, you can make mistake but three times, no.

In fact I was not really seeing you and not ignoring you. As I told you it's just a misunderstanding.and If you have anything else I have to face, I'm ready for that. I'm not waiting for someone who has joined swat since three or four days telling me what to do .So do not talk much about it and leave the subject to the staff in the decision to do so. Good day

Not turning this into a fight but who you think you are now?

1. I joined S.W.A.T. Team 20+ days ago (Not calculating the months of experience that I collected way before)
2. So every new member that joined S.W.A.T. Team is always wrong? That sure looks to me when you put those words that way. I never told you what you have to do (You think I did, don't know where you read that, LOL.). EVEN if I did (Which I didn't) I would tell you to keep focusing because everytime you leave your S.W.A.T. Team member in middle of NOWHERE and that would be bad?
3. New S.W.A.T. Team members can not tell someone what to do (Even if it could benefit him) because they are new? And you my friend, you are S.W.A.T. Team Corporal so you think you're some kind experienced member? You can tell people what to do? Let me quote you real quick, "So do not talk much about it"

I gave it a try and told him that he is not allowed to do that as far as I know. Sadly I didn't took a picture of him placing /rb on The Black Market doors because I thought I don't have to record or take pictures everytime I'm with [Lsrcr]Elmasry.

These pictures are not a report for something. I just want to let S.W.A.T. Commanders know what kind of person this guy is before they take action.

I might not get the overall point in the report so if I missed something feel free to send me PM regarding it.
Regarding the /rb at the blackmarket, SWAT members are free to place /rb anywhere as long as it doesn't block non-wanteds (Civilians, LEOs and such)
Regarding the duel part, SWAT duty is to drag and arrest suspects and we've a rule that if you want to kill then all members have to agree for it. Hence, your duel part wont be considered as a rule break.
Regarding /swatreset issue, I'll have to contact the commanders to determine a punishment for it since it is not allowed but as the situation was handled and taken care by Hitman there might be no punishment regarding it.
