Does anyone know why PC after booting the first time is shutting down itself and turning on automatically 30 seconds later, even when pressing the power button on, it doesn't work.

This had not happened to me.
It's maybe because of some windows updates.

There are no windows updates. :S

Maybe the power button is stuck?

It's not.

not enough context

1)Remove the ram
2)Clean it
3)Put it back

It's fine now, the problem was, loose cable.
