This group is the most active and coolest as its leader are fking awesome and friendly member, 2 base which not all groups have and nice cars and at last, a group which always cophunting.

Hey, Thank you for sending an application to us (Blackouts). We appreciate your choice. Before we can accept/deny your application. You must get tested in-game. Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about Blackouts rules, Driving, Shooting & Tactical skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied.
