Hey, The blackouts Staff team has decided to let things more fair between both sides to make the gameplay more enjoyable.
We have noticed some blackouts members shocking and then killing the Law Enforcement Agents, which makes the gameplay unfair.

We have made the following rule:

Blackouts members are not allowed to shock a law enforcement agent more than 2 times and then shooting at them. Exception makes official blackouts riots which are hosted by a blackouts staff member. Please notice that this rule always counts, even if you are not spawned in the blackouts skin. This rule doesn't apply on the following conditions:

If a cop is trying to taze or arrest you.
You are allowed to shock - kill swat, unless there is only one member in swat skin (Since they are supposed to be together)
If you're in riot or if you are in the top of a car roof

After all, Shock-Killing & Vortexes are for unskilled people, We don't need it at all but however, we've added some conditions so it could be a bit balanced between both sides.

If a cop is trying to straight cuff you than you may not shock spam him since straight cuff is a bit hard, not everyone is fast like carl_j, mastro or beaten

However, you may shock him twice only. (If he succeeded to cuff you at once and by luck you escaped them then you're allowed to shock thrice or more until you escape or kill him)
