What I do is install new windows and reinstall all the c++ drivers . If its done then no need but if not then try installing new windows .

Only if you had put more exclamation marks, but ugh, not good enough. Also post such topics in the tech section. Have you tried running the error on the web?

You're missing Microsoft runtime libraries.

I recently had to update this on my friend's PC who happened to be using WIN 7.

Help him out then :3 what's the point of replying to my comment. I just told him what I do + ik he is using pirated version updating won't really help him.

Moreover apart from installing new windows I did suggest him to install c++ drivers and that's the samething ASA suggested him.
