Why should it be accepted: first of all hello everyone ! im suggesting this that if im police have cuffed a wanted than only i will be able to arrest him other police cannot if they want to arrest they have to uncuff that wante3d and cuff him again to arrest !! this will prevent stealing . but this cuff system doesn't work for swats as police help them most of the time .. and police cannot arrest swats cuff!!
sometime few cops start bitching and arrest the wanteds u cuff and taze . It will prevent bitching and it a cop will be able to improve there own skills ...

-1, this would bring more limits to teaming than it would fix from stealing.
If someone else can type /ar faster: git gud.

I know that people often get annoyed when someone steals their arrest. However I think, it's not good idea since, as Robin said, implementing this will put a limit to teaming. Your teammate will cuff a suspect for you, but you won't be able to arrest him.

no need for him to cuff he can taze ... and the other can cuff himself!!

No you are a team and a team should work together, this will only complicate things for the team and will do no good, if anything this suggestion would make your job “harder” because now all the criminals have to do is gun for the cop who cuffed and continue to break cuffs until he is free since no one else can use /ar when he’s cuffed, it even goes against what’s rpish and realistic in the sense that cops don’t objectify who got the arrest.

if same person arrests your suspect 5-6 times you can report him for bitching.

-1 What if the cop who cuffed timedout or left server.
If you want team then work in team or play solo.

You all work as a team, that's something you should understand. You don't 'own' a criminal, if that makes sense. In my book, there is no 'stealing'. Be happy that your teammate managed to arrest the suspect instead.
