Your Name: ShaddowNinja
Reported Member: MZA1D
Reason: Rulebreak
Proof: Image
Other: I think Proof is enough.
Rule #2
After dragging a suspect, take him directly to closest red checkpoint (LSPD, SFPD, LVPD or Dillimore PD). Do not hunt other criminals while you've already dragged one.
Rule explanation:
If you've a dragged a suspect and another criminal in your way or nearby but dragging him will take a lot of time then DO NOT go after him.
Notes when you may drag another suspect to the vehicle:
One SWAT member may drag only One suspect at same time.
Two SWAT members may drag only Two suspects at same time.
Three SWAT members may drag only Two suspects at same time.
Four or more SWAT members may drag Three suspects at same time.
If suspects are at the following areas (Pershing Square, Commerce, Conference Center, Roca Escalante, The Emerald Eye, San Ferrio Downtown and Dillimore) then you may drag THREE suspects at same time regardless if you're alone or having more members.

This is an invalid report,Shadowninja. You just wanted an excuse to report mzaid. Please refrain from report hunting.

We are in Conference Center and not in the following areas above.

Edit: I think they break this rule
Two SWAT members may drag only Two suspects at same time.
Three SWAT members may drag only Two suspects at same time.

look my friend i dont see that he broke any rules , first they are 2 swat member so they can drag 2 and you were at conf. center so if mzaid was alone he can drag 2 suspects , and the most important if the second suspect they were chasing would take a lot of time to drag him they wouldnt go after him, maybe it was so easy to drag him and it wouldnt take along time to drag him so they did, and your proofs dose not prove any thing, wait for staff respond.

Not a a single rule was broken, please, get your facts right before you issue a report.
I'll leave this open for another 24 hours to give you chance to provide more proofs or explain what happened exactly.

I'm sorry, I thought it is not allowed to drag suspect when you are in Conference Center (Yes, I did not see that you can drag suspect in Conference Center.)
Sorry
