Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Maybe Today
Describe the bug: I was about to sell my some JailCard's. Thn i use /jailcard command to chk how much Jailcards i got. It writes that UNRECOGNIZED COMMAND etc etc.

We're aware. We shall fix it ASAP.

It is actually not bugged.
It is disabled.

Yup, at first i thought it was a bug as well when Shahan approached me, i told him to report it on forums.

Got informed that it's currently disabled due to massive bug abuse, not sure when it's gonna get back on unfortunately.

The ability to use Jail Cards is now working efficiently ( /usejailcard ). However, transferring Jail Cards is still disabled.
