Reason: Hello, its me as you all know me, I'm Ex-Blackouts member before getting inactive in server i was a member of blackouts, but now i'm back to game, that's why i'm applying once again to be a part of this group, because i've seen there are a lots of member here, and they all know me very-well. and i'm 100% sure, i'll be a part of blackouts once again, As you all know me, and i'm the ex-member here, I'll be very thankful to you because you've read up my application, Ready to get tested having well-awareness of rules & regulations, here. Hey, Thank you for sending an application to us (Blackouts). We appreciate your choice. Before we can accept/deny your application. You must get tested in-game. Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about Blackouts rules, Driving, Shooting & Tactical skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied. Also keep in mind, If you score less than 4/5 in rules part your application will be automatically denied.

You can request any of the following Testers to take your in-game test. Keep in mind, Spamming their PM(s) will lead to Auto - denial to your application.
