Why should it be accepted: It will help the members get the money to buy Items
Instead of going to the bank or places designated for ATM
Leading to extra time to do anything else

That would be something the groups would have to donate for and add to their base. So -1

If a group leader wants to donate for it then sure.

The ATM might be outside a base though.
