Why should it be accepted: So yeah,

Donating a house of inactive players is a bit unfair. In the life (@everyone), a stage must comes where one really have to go inactive for a long time. (For example, Final year). They try very hard to donate for a house, it is not actually easy to get 6 DPs (some people donate real cash or sell their all money to buy dps for a donated house)

So, donating a house of inactive player cost you 6 DPs. Since the real owner has already paid 6 DPs for the icon, the new system should be like this;

You pay 6 DPs to donate the house of inactive player, these 6 DPs should be divided into two.

• 3 DPs to the inactive owner. (Per donated house, not for undonated)
• 3 DPs to the admin who is donating you the house

Inactive owner should be actually paid the half price atleast since they try very hard to donate for each house, not everyone is rich so I think this suggestion should be taken into consideration.

no man it's fine the way it is imo. how hard it is to write pw and exit brother? it takes like less than 10 seconds and you have to do it once in 3 months if ur house is donated.

Good suggestion for a new house system, it seems to be fair enough for the both side.

I agree with immortal, and how they doesn't have 10 secs to enter, they can do it let's say at the end of the day when they comes home

This won't happen, the current system is fine as it is. 90 days is a long time.
