Your name: [Lsrcr]Aree
Suggestion headline: Lsrcr's Stock exchange
Picture: -
Importance of suggestion: 4/10 (Would be an interesting addon to the server, however, not critical.)
Why should it be accepted:
Note: I hope I've explained myself well. I may have had typing errors. I do not have any idea of scripting so I don't know the feasibility of this idea.
Just in case, I dont know the exact translate but when I mean "actions" I mean company stock, like wall street.

Introduction
Money, the most used currency in the server, from buying a simple wallet up to getting your desired houses in the best location the server has or the car you have ever wanted to drive. The day you join the server you wish all these to be done quickly, however this takes time, even months or years of real time for getting those millions to buy that fancy house, if a player wants to sell it. Anyway, this is pretty hard of acomplish and not many can reach that goals. It's been years with this system that keeps the server running every day (IG I mean) but today I'm just offering an idea to improve this situation.
There are billions of dollars in the server, anyway, as real life, most of them are belong the wealthiest's players that got their money legally by being smart and knowing how to trade. However this is most usual among the ones who have invested items such as DP's, Jc's and houses, something not every user has.
Main idea
My idea is to create a system where players can invest some money (from thousands up to millions) in order to get some profit, or even lose it all. As every investment it takes risks and that's something everyone has in mind. If applied, shops should have actions, a limited numer which players can buy, however this number should be high so many players can have access to these actions and each player could have a limited amount of actions himself, to preventy a monopoly. Players could have the chance of setting a period of time in which the want the investment to run.
As an example of this:
You get to the bank and select to invest in ammunation, you get 10 actions for 100.000$ each, and set 3 IG days for that investment ( we could set a minimum and maximum ammount of days as well).
During this period, every sell ammunation gets would improve the value of your actions, on the other hand, every robery would decrease this value. Once you get to the 3rd day online, you will get back the money with the proper benefits or losses you got during that period and you will have to wait a certain ammount of IG days of playtime to get the chance of investing once again.
End of example
This system would work by itself. Even tho a player can have an impact on the outcome of his investment,it should be made in a way that a single individual would have no impact on their own (since other players may want to rob or buy weapons for example).
Another idea is that when a criminal gets caught by police, all the money stolen during that period gets back to the stores or people's banks insurances(or maybe 80 % back, 20% to the criminal to make them keep some money), keeping the roleplay even more realistic than now(note: if the criminal deposit that money, it wouldn't be restored back to it's origins). On the other hand, the next paycheck of that cop gets a small bonus if the cop keeps in skin and does not log out (this would NOT increase every paycheck, just the one you managed to get back some stolen money to the civilians and stores).
This could be shown in forums with graphics which show tendency so people could take a look and take meassures.
Possible problems and solutions:
1) People get afk in order to get the money faster.
Actions should be at the bank account, not safes, which means that bank robberies would affect the money, which could be a loss if a player gets afk for too long since profits may not balance the losses of insurances (it can be set a time to claim the bank insurance to prevent this).
2) The wealthiest's players would buy all the actions
Well I said the actions per player were limited so this wouldn't be a problem.
There are more problems and benefits but I don't want to extend this suggestion before getting opinions and the feasibility of this idea.
