Graphic card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 "WindForce OC" 8192 MB 644,36€

Overall price: 1.920,29€

This should run 4K at max settings without problems or not ?
Should I water cool it, should I change any compoments?

Why are you going for a Skyhawk drive lmfao, it's a PC, not a camera station. Get a Seagate Barracuda instead.

As for your question: some games run on 4k with lesser specs, it HIGHLY depends on the game, its requirements and how well it's optimized

Alright, I choosed Seagate ST2000DM006 "BarraCuda®'' for 64,06€

im not really sure since i haven't been keeping up with the PC tech world THAT much, but I think a 1080ti might be more fit if you to run everything at max settings. check some benchmark videos between both of the 1080 and the 1080ti, then make a decision. otherwise it's a pretty good system. if you plan on overclocking the i7 though, I think you'd be better off getting a somewhat better cooler. not necessarily an AIO, but a beefier air cooler.

EDIT: i checked some benchmarks between the 1080 and the 1080ti and it seems that the 1080ti mostly performs better with about 10+ FPS in almost every game, sometimes reaching 20FPS difference at 4K. the 1080 didn't drop below 40FPS average, at this point i think it's just a matter of your budget.

i think ( this is what i've heard from some pc builders) that u need to go for a populair power supply (like corsair) to prevent it from: stopping to work and sending wrong voltages.

NOTE: i am not forcing you to do this, it's just a suggestion.

The CPU cooler u listed is not that good
For i7 u should get the Noctua D15 / or Cryorig H7
And you better get Asus as a motherboard and as a GPU too
Same price but better performances

please do not buy this trash PSU if you are spending this much on a PC
