Hello there fellow members of lsrcr and others i may show you the improved vehicle feature for you guys who have wanted.
Step one: download winrar wait the download finish, the if there is installer open it and install where you want just remember to pin to taskbar.

Step two: download Imvehft compatible with online or offline no crashes no lag here is the link

step three: download LSPD.rar link https://www.upload.ee/files/6855799/LSPD.rar.html

step four: download ASI Loader 1.3https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=21709

step five: open all the downloads

step six extract the ASI Loader 1.3 to gta sa folder if there is a file open it and extract those

step seven: extract imvehft if there is a file open it and extract

step eight extract the file inside lspd --> eml to imvehft folder inside it there will be eml extract it.

step nine: download Mod Loader v0.3.7 https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377

step ten: extract the Mod Loader to your gta sa folder

step eleven: open Mod Loader create file, name it Models and after you created the Models folder open the Models folder you've created, inside it create a folder name it gta3.img extract those .dff and .txd from LSPD.rar
